Julio Josè Herrera Fernandez is a Peruvian, Spanish and Italian lawyer with an excellent, long-lasting and consolidated legal career, with an international standing that, over time, has led him to hold prestigious positions between Peru and Italy. Throughout his career, he has been appointed by the Peruvian Government as Director of the Logistics Department of the National Institute of Peru, Director of Cooperation and Development of the Callao region, Director of the Sectoral Program II of the Ministry of Health, director of the National Institute of Statistics, director of the Ministry of Justice (Public Prosecutor's Office).
Julio also gained diplomatic work experience representing Peru to the Holy See at the World Pastoral Conference held in Rome in 2002, as well as working at the local Peruvian Consulate in Rome. Julio holds three degrees in law from Peruvian, Spanish and Italian universities, one in administrative sciences and another in medical assistance.
Today Julio is a Senior Partner of the Firm and assists Italian and foreign clients.
He speaks fluent Italian and Spanish and is the author of several articles and books.
